MANAGEMENT TEAM:

ACTI-TECH is managed by a team of tested and accomplished communication & computer engineers as well as a select team of associate consultants.

Key members of the management team include-

1.         Engr. Madu, Peter Stanley
Engr. Madu is the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer.
He graduated from Obafemi Awolowo University Ile – Ife, in 1990 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering. He also obtained a Master of Science degree in the same discipline in 1995 from the University of Lagos. He has worked in various organizations as a Resident Engineer, rising to high management positions. He left to set up Acti-Tech in April 1993.

2.         Mrs. Madu, Charlotte Osayaba (LL. B., B.L)
Mrs. Madu is the Executive Director/General Counsel
A lawyer by profession, she has varied working experience spanning almost two decades. She graduated from the University of Benin in 1988 and she was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1989. She worked at Duncan Savings & Loans Limited for four years with assignments in Customer Services, Marketing, Administration, Legal & Corporate Affairs. She left Duncan Savings & Loans Limited in 1996 to set up CHARLOTTE ISOKPAN & CO; a firm of legal practitioners.

3.         Mr. Chalokwu, Augustus Uche
Mr. Chalokwu is the General Manager, Operations.
He graduated from the University of Benin in 1990 and holds a Bachelors Degree in Engineering. He similarly holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the Lagos State University in 2000. He is a Cisco Certified Network Engineer, a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI) and Nigeria Computer Society (NCS- Associate Member).His experience spans over 18 years in the Information Technology Industry. His portfolio includes VSAT, Microwave Radio, Local and Wide Area Network (LAN/WAN), Cisco equipment, Modems, and Server Installations and Configurations. He also has attended with Certificate, several Manufacturers Installation and Maintenance Training, with Beyerdynamic products, Crestron Multimedia control systems, Tyco/CEM Access and security Systems.


4.         Mr. Adegoke, Adeyinka Matthew
Senior Manager, Operations
A graduate of Electrical/ Electronics Engineering (Telecommunications Option) from the Federal Polytechnic Offa, Kwara State. He has a wide knowledge and experience in both installation and maintenance of several types of PABX ranging from Panasonic Systems, SIEMENS, and MITEL Systems. He is also versatile in the installation and maintenance of CCTV, conference and public address systems. He has attended several training programs both locally and abroad on VSAT installation and maintenance.

5.         Mr. John Seiyefa Angaye
Head, Accounts & Finance
A graduate of Kaduna State Polytechnic, Zaria, Kaduna State in 2001 with Higher National Diploma in Accountancy. Student Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria. Has basic knowledge of computer applications (Microsoft office) and some knowledge of specialized Accounting packages.

6.         Miss Sandra Isokpan
Miss Sandra is the Head of Admin/Personal Assistant
She graduated from the Federal University of Technology, Minna Niger State in 1999 with a Bachelor of Technology (B. TECH) in Estate Management. She has vast experience in Purchasing, Distribution and Logistics and Customer Relations.

7.     Mr. Odiase Nosa
Assistant Manager, Sales & Marketing
Mr. Odiase obtained his Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemical Engineering from the Mendeleev University of Chemical Technology of Russia in 2006 and his Masters Degree in Chemical Cybernetics from the same institution in 2008. He had his National Youth Service at the Abuja Customer Service Centre of Total Nig. Plc from 2008 to 2009. He served in the capacity of Sales Reconciliation Officer for petroleum products sales and Total Card transactions. He has shown a natural dexterity in marketing technology-based products and solutions. His particular area of interest is customer-service and customer relations.  He has had years of experience in multi-cultural environments, and his affinity for languages is very useful in relating with clients in a multi-lingual situation. Mr. Odiase speaks Russian language fluently.
